BBC has just enjoyed the most wonderful season of the year celebrating the birth of our Savior. Because we're a small church, at BBC we're like family in so many ways. So amid all the joy of the season we also shared moments of sadness and cherished memories as we comforted family members of loved ones who had graduated to be with Jesus during the year who were sorely being missed.
The choir gave a stirring rendition of "Do You Hear What I Hear?" and our contemporary Praise Team shared "Mary, Did You Know" and "Beautiful Child" among others." And throughout December Pastor Greg brought us great messages of hope and peace to the congregation.
Of course, there were Sunday School class parties with lots of food and good fellowship. And many people in the Blackwater community were blessed by visits from the Friends Circle Carolers and the Youth Caroling Party.
Now that the decorations are coming down don't think that BBC will slow down.... Nope, not a bit! In fact we're just getting started. 2013 will be here in a matter of hours and we can't wait! Why not visit BBC this Sunday and see for yourself! Sunday School starts at 9am and Worship follows at 10am. We'd love to see you!
BBC is a warm and welcoming family of like-minded believers who come together to worship our amazing God. Since 1774 BBC has served the Blackwater community and while steeped in tradition we also blend in a bit of contemporary to transition to an exciting future. We'd love to have you join us!
